This "Break The Code" contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is brought to you by .TECH Domains (a division of Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd) (hereinafter referred to as “Radix”). Please read these terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below. To the extent the Radix Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires "You" or "Your" shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be at least 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest OR have an adult/guardian consent to participate in and/or collect the prize on your behalf;
(b) You should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Passport/ Social Security Number and/or any relevant Government Identification applicable for anyone who is at least 18 years in their Country.
Employees of Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd’s affiliates, advisors, and advertising / contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.
1. This Contest will be open from November 18th, 2020 00:00 (ET) to December 2nd, 2020 23:59 p.m. (ET) only ("Contest Period").
2. To enter, you must, during the Contest Period:
(a) Sign-in on www.breakthecode.tech.
(b) Once signed-in, you can participate in the Contest by navigating to the respective game room pages where you will have the opportunity to solve or answer various questions;
(c) There will be a total of 6 game rooms, which will be opened to participants as specified in these T&Cs
(d) Once you solve the game room questions, you will be eligible to enter certain lucky draws to win various prizes
(e) All participants will be required to submit their email ID’s to receive a confirmation, in case they win any prize
You will be eligible to enter the lucky draw to win prizes upon fulfilling the following conditions during the Contest Period:
(a) for the first 3 (three) game rooms - Enigma, Trebek, Organon only on successfully answering all questions in the first three game rooms
(b) for the 4th (fourth) game room - Cogito only on successfully answering all questions in the 4th (fourth) game room
(c) for the 5th (fifth) game room - Voynich only on successfully answering all questions in the 5th (fifth) game room
(d) for the 6th (sixth) game room - Boolos only on successfully answering all questions in the above 5 (five) game rooms and also successfully answering all questions in the 6th game room.

Disclaimer: Any graphics of the Prize, as depicted in any communication regarding the Contest, are for representation purposes only. The actual Prize may differ in colour and appearance. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part unless deemed appropriate by Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd. However, in circumstances beyond Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd’s control, Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd may substitute a similar alternative prize of equivalent or greater value at Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd's sole discretion.
The winners for each of the game rooms will be selected through a fair and square lucky draw via an unbiased computer program. The winners will be notified on the social media handles @dottechdomains and will also be notified by email using the below schedule.

The winners will be announced on .Tech Domains’ official social media handles @dottechdomains on Facebook and Twitter, and will also be notified through emails.
Failure to (i) meet the eligibility criteria, (ii) comply with these T&Cs and / or (iii) claim the prize within three (3) days, will result in the prize being forfeited.
Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd By agreeing to participate and enter into this Contest, you agree that you have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of Driving License / Voter ID / Passport and if selected for a prize, you may be required to share the said documents with Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd as and when requested.
Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Subject to the winner claiming the Prize within the given time period as per the instructions from Radix, the Prize will be dispatched/delivered to the winner on or before 31st January, 2021. A winner will be eligible to claim only 1 (one) Prize.
By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for receiving promotional and other materials for .TECH Domains. You can opt-out from these at any time by following the unsubscription instructions present in the emails.
External recording or reproduction of the contents of this website through video, screen recording and/or other means that provide the solutions of the game rooms is strictly prohibited without our prior consent. You cannot make available online or electronically transmit, publish, adapt, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license videos based on our content that provide answers to the puzzles without our permission. Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd may, in its sole discretion and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, change any of the terms of these T&Cs, change or cancel any of the prizes, or change or cancel the Contest at any time; or modify, terminate, or suspend the Contest for any reason (including but not limited to viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest or submission of entries).
Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest; (c) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (d) injury or damage to your or any other computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.
Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or any of Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd’s or its affiliate's property, including www.breakthecode.tech; (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. The authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the Contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these T&Cs in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domains associated with the submitted e-mail addresses. No benefits greater than those described in the "Details of the Contest and How to Enter" and "Contest Rules and Prizes" sections above in these T&Cs will be awarded.
The Contest and all accompanying materials are the intellectual property of Radix. All rights reserved. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all decisions made by Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd related to the Contest are final and binding on you. Failure by Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of UAE and courts at UAE shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrest, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Radix ("Force Majeure Event"). Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to you as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
This Contest is being made purely on a "best effort" basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary. By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Radix Domain Solutions Pte Ltd and its services/products. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the benefits/ prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by Radix’s negligence.
